At INTELLISOURCE we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is collected and used appropriately in accordance with the new GDPR regulations.

From 25^th May 2018 , organisations processing any personal data must comply with the new EU rules known as General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR].

We have always taken great care of the information you have shared with us and we hereby welcome the new GDPR rulings.

Who are we?

INTELLISOURCE is a long-established AV-Data-CCTV supplier for schools, colleges and corporates. Established since 2002 we serve operate in the London and neighbouring areas.

What personal information we collect

We may collect information about yourself, the school or corporation you work for during onsite surveys or telephone enquiries in conjunction with service requests that you have made on us.

We also may record information when you;

• use our website and secure online services
• contact us about products and/or services
• apply for and receive services
• Email us with information requests

The type of personal information we collect will depend on the purpose for which it is collected.

We keep your information only as long as is necessary or for legal or regulatory reasons.

Personal information will be securely disposed of when it is no longer required.

How is the personal information used?

We process your information for the following purposes.

To perform our legitimate contract with you and to better support and maintain that relationship.

This includes the following:

• Assessing the information about your requirements.
• Providing our products and/or services to you, and in some cases sharing the solutions offered with trusted third party suppliers and manufacturers.
• Actioning transactions you have requested
• Monitoring telephone calls with you to resolve any queries or issues
• Record keeping to ensure our products and/or services continue to serve your organisation or school under the manufacturers warranty terms and beyond.
• Providing other services which may compliment your current requirements.

Do we share your information with third parties?

We share your information with trusted third parties like service providers and manufacturers to ensure that the latest and correct products/services are conveyed to yourselves.

Keeping your information Secure

We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the personal information that we hold and we continue to review our security measures and related policies and procedures to ensure that your personal information remains secure.

When we contract with third parties, we require that they also have appropriate security, privacy and confidentiality measures in place to ensure that personal information is kept secure.

We will never sell your data and will not send you communications about unrelated products or services without your consent.
